Recruitment funnel dashboard

While I was matrixed to our organziation's recruitment function, I was responsible for enabling data-driven decisions. My customer-centric approach included environmental scans and strategy development, automating repeatable reports, creating and conducting data-fluency workshops, and more. A major product I created to help operationalize data insight and use was the recruitment funnel dashboard.

Used SQL/Tableau

Incorporated Excel spreadsheets as a placeholder until automated data solutions could be included for specific areas.

Iterated the design process with customers

Implemented security protocols related to the sensitivity of the data

• gave customized permissions related to work role and data application
